Almost a year ago I placed an order through Amazon and after BuyVip delivered correctly. Almost a year ago this week I received the following email:

Dear Customer We will contact you regarding the Polo Ralph Lauren Big Pony Short Sleeve Polo Light Green / Pink M brand Polo / Ralph Lauren you bought last summer on our website We inform you that, unfortunately, there have been doubts about the quality of the product. Amazon BuyVIP want to make sure you buy only high quality products. So in the coming days we will refund you the purchase price of the product (including shipping). Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that we have caused. Sincerely, Customer Service Amazon BuyVIP

With customer service like this is not worthy of being unfaithful to a brand, or in this case an ecommerce, where it is more common to be unfaithful.
